    Constant Directivity Loudspeaker (C.D.L.)

The result of years of research and development, the PreSonus® CDL12 combines the best attributes of point source and line array technology into a unique patent-pending design that radiates a highly focused pattern with consistent SPL throughout the frequency response range, both on- and off-axis. The result is clear, articulate speech intelligibility and natural music reproduction. 

The high-frequency array curve was designed so that as multiple CDL12 enclosures are stacked, the entire array maintains consistent center-to-center spacing among all the high- and low-frequency drivers. This creates a seamless transition from one cabinet to the next while minimizing comb filtering to maintain the controlled 120 ̊ horizontal coverage pattern while the vertical coverage is expanded by 20 ̊ per box deployed. The result is a system that can be scaled from 20 ̊ to 120 ̊ of vertical coverage, making the CDL12 an ideal choice for array use.

The WS218X is a high performance sub-bass system designed for use with large scale Wavefront and Blackline systems, in both touring and install applications. It features twin, 1000 watt 18" (460mm) drive units with magnet structure and suspension engineered for maximum linear excursion.

The birch ply cabinet is fitted with six pocket handles and four 4" (100mm) castors for easy deployment. It features large area porting to reduce air noise.

The VRX932LAP is a powered, light-weight, compact 12" two-way line-array speaker system designed for use in arrays of up to five units. VRX932LAP is the ideal choice when line-array performance is needed but the venue size doesn't call for the very long-throw characteristics of larger line-arrays and a fast and easy setup is vital.

The Constant Curvature waveguide mounts three compression drivers on a continuous arc. When additional VRX932LAP speakers are added to the array the uninterrupted arc continues. In effect, all the drivers work together as if they were a single driver on a very long waveguide. Since there are three drivers in each VRX932LAP, the combined power handling and acoustic output of the system is far greater than a single driver could achieve.

The Martin Audio W8LM is a mini line array enclosure designed to bring line array performance benefits to a variety of small and medium scale applications.
